Easter Long Weekend Schedule

With the Easter long weekend almost upon us I’m sure many people will be spending time with family or away on a much deserved break. With that in mind Basic Trainings normal group schedule during this period will be reduced. The outdoor group schedule is as follows:

Friday 25th (good Friday) – 8am

Saturday 26th (Easter Saturday) – 7.30am (normal time)

Sunday 27th (Easter) – No classes

Monday 28th (Easter Monday) – 8am

Classes will then run as normal from Tuesday onwards. Look forward to seeing you all over the long weekend😄

My passion for sport and fitness goes all the way back to when I was just six and started playing League for my local footy club. Since then it has continued to grow, as I pursued a professional career with the Penrith Panthers (until 2007) and more recently, began competing in CrossFit competitions. Exercise and training have become second nature to me, so turning to a career in Personal Training was an easy decision.
